Our focus is on research in the domain of communications networking, performing design and optimization of next generation networks that will support the Internet of Everything, with emphasis on wireless and sensor/actuator networks.

We have significant expertise in the area of sensorization and communication networks for Smart Utilities, cloud and virtual approaches to cellular radio networks, and Body Area Networks.

Other active areas of research include design and optimization of Flying Sensor Networks, vehicular network applications, delay tolerant vehicular networks, and fog computing for the Internet of Things.
