4th Edition of the Workshop “Metabolism and mathematical models: Two for a tango”

The 4th edition of the workshop “Metabolism and mathematical models: Two for a tango” will take place during the afternoons from November 19 – 20. The aim is not only to explore biological, biochemical and biomedical aspects of metabolism, but also present some of the mathematical modelling, algorithmic theory and software development. The event is organised in the context of two projects, Inria Associated Team Capoeira and H2020 Twinning Project Olissipo, by Susana Vinga (INESC-ID and Instituto Superior Técnico, Lisbon, Portugal), Ariel Silber (Dept. of Parasitology, Institute of Biomedical Sciences, Univ. of São Paulo, Brazil), Marie-France Sagot (Inria, CNRS and Univ. of Lyon 1, France) and Sabine Peres (Univ. of Lyon 1 and CNRS, Inria, France).

Participation is open to the community in general.
