Talks @ Gaips: “AI Eye-Tracking Framework based on serious games for children with neurodevelopmental disorders” by Abdul Rehman
On September 19, GAIPS (Group of AI for People and Society) from INESC-ID, will host a talk titled “AI Eye-Tracking Framework based on serious games for children with neurodevelopmental disorders” with invited speaker Abdul Rehman, a PhD student from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences (Høgskulen pä Vestland – HVL), who is visiting GAIPS for the next three months.
Abdul’s research focuses on developing a AI serious games-based eye tracking framework for profiling children with neurodevelopment disorders e.g. ADHD, Asperger’s etc. He is involved in the EMPOWER EU project where the framework being developed will provide real-time processing of eye-tracking, wearables, game data and performance data to provide feedback and adaptation.
