international selection call for a doctorate position under the scope of project Sparcity - An Optimization and Co-Design Framework for Sparse Computation grant agreement No 956213. financiado pela Comissão Europeia e Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia, in the form of an unspecified fixed-term work contract – Decree-Law No. 57/2016, of August 29, the regulations for hiring doctorates to stimulate scientific and technological employment in all areas of knowledge (RJEC), with the amendments introduced by Law No. 57 / 2017, dated July 19, also taking into account the provisions of Regulatory Decree No. 11-A / 2017, of December 29, “Código do Trabalho” (Labor Code), approved by Law No. 7/2009, of February 12, in its current wording.- being the basis of the contracting the performance of a specific service, precisely defined and non-durable, with a view to performing the following functions:
The tasks to be performed include organising and editing information about the activities carried out in the scope of projecto An Optimization and Co-Design Framework for Sparse Computation grant agreement nº 956213. financiado pela Comissão Europeia e Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia with the purpose of internal and external dissemination, in digital or other media, through social networks and the media. Thus, the specific objectives to be fulfilled are:
a) organisation and editing of materials for dissemination on audiovisual platforms; b) preparation of materials for the dissemination of research carried out at INESC-ID in the scope of the project mentioned above; c) preparation of newsletters, brochures and press releases; d) dissemination of the scientific production of INESC-ID researchers to external audiences; e) elaboration of good practice manuals in order to facilitate internal and external communication; f) preparation of communication plans and their implementation; g) management of contact databases from different lists of institutions and target audiences; h) organisation of formal sessions, conferences, exhibitions and other events in the scope of the project mentioned above; i) creation and availability of useful tools for communication.
