Type: Contract Project
Duration: from 2016 Nov 01 to 2017 Jan 31
Prime Contractor: INESC-ID (Other)
Integrated Magnetic Sensors play a very important role in the current plane of both research and industry applications. To take full advantage of the sensors capabilities, the application of a microelectronic interface for signal filtering and conditioning is mandatory. The objective of this project is to design an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) in CMOS technology, with the necessary microelectronics structures to interface the magnetic sensors. The final target is to design a system that achieves full sensor and electronics integration in a monolithic devices, and delivering an active magnetic sensor array.
